Receiving BCH after the Bitcoin fork

Hi everyone, I can't get my Bitcoin fork into BCH.
My Bitcoin coins were in a block.io wallet, but that service is no longer available.
The wallet where my BCH is stored is 37ynrm1LHhpoXbQn51y1zYFu7gEfdg4W5W.
I have the seed (12 words).
I’ve already entered the seed into Electron Cash, but the wallet doesn’t show the balance.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
